We are a project about contemporary culture and a publishing house.
Unknown Person stands for freedom of speech, art and press
PUBLISHING HOUSE
We publish documentary and illustrated zines, autofiction stories, children’s books, and comics in small editions for cultural and social institutions, as well as for our own projects, bringing together activism, education, and printmaking practices. We create a space for self-expression and support for the art community by organizing open calls for collective printing labs, exhibitions, workshops, and lectures. We and our event participants have created more than 100 books, many of which have been presented at big exhibitions and festivals.
We believe that the power of art can transform a person internally and give motivation to change the world for the better

NOMAD GALLERY
'KAFEDRA'

We explore the book as a spatial medium through installations, video and audio performances, and collective statements, and support artists from different countries. Exhibitions under the KAFEDRA project can take place in galleries or in unexpected locations — abandoned buildings, shops, bars, and independent studios. More than 1,000 artists have already participated in our events!
The mission of Unknown Person is to bring together artists and enthusiasts from around the world to create spaces for collective artistic practice, dialogue, and reflection in support of peace and mutual understanding
OUR STATEMENT
AND MISSION
Our principles are based on democracy, feminism, inclusion and sustainable development. We support organisations fighting against domestic violence. We destigmatise mental disorders through art. We give visibility to independent artistic and cultural projects.
We are always looking for support for our project. We want to continue contributing to the press development and art culture and helping independent authors and artists

COOPERATION
We are open to special projects, ideas and collaborations. Write to us: unknownperson.art@gmail.com with ‘collaboration’ in the subject line.
